2009 College Information:

Finishing the season with a team leading .439 batting average… Also led the team in at-bats (164), runs (54), hits (72), doubles (16), and total bases (101)… Had a .616 slugging percentage with 32 runs batted in… Earned 1st  team All-WVIAC along with 1st team All-American honors… Was Player of the Week twice during the weeks of January 16th and April 20th… Also as a starting pitcher, he finished the season with a 6-2 record and a 3.50 ERA… Appeared in 14 games as a pitcher with 10 starts and 4 complete games

Over the weekend, (October 15, 2016)  one of our Dbacks, Donovan Huffer, was honored for his outstanding play on the baseball field with the induction to the Concord University Hall of Fame. Donovan was a star at Buffalo Gap and Concord and now continues to excel for the Stuarts Draft Diamondbacks. What an outstanding honor for one of our very own.
